I have occasionally tried to translate my aphorisms into English. Mainly for fun, partly as an exercise to learn English better. Unfortunately, many Finnish wordplays can't be translated at all.

James Geary has published selections of my aphorisms in his blog All Aphorisms, All the Time in 2010 and 2013. From there some of the aphorisms have been translated at least into German, Italian, Romanian and Lithuanian.

My book Vastalauseita (2012) contains 300 aphorisms. To my surprise, I was able to translate 160 of those into English; they are now available in Afosinko, a generator that shows one aphorism at a time in random order.
